1/4Lbground beef
1/4C.Chili sauce or hot catsup
1 1/2tspchili powder
18 Oz.can kidney beans, reserving liquid
1/2Ccottage Cheese
1/2C.sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 350. Use an ungreased 1 1/2 Qt casserole. Brown beef & onion. Drain. Add chili sauce chili powder and salt. In blender combine beans with liquid and cottage cheese. Blend until smooth. Add to ground beef mixture. Place in casserole and top with cheese. Bake 10 -15 min until cheese is bubbling. Serve hot with taco chips. May be made ahead and frozen.
