6CansLight or Dark kidney beans
1/2Cchopped onion
1LargeCan Tomato Juice
1EaChili Seasoning
Brown beef with onion. Drain. Add tomato juice, beans and seasoning. Either get commercial seasoning or make it like I used to in the olden days. Simmer as long as it takes to thicken. I like it simmering a few hours stirring frequently.

The seasoning I used to use.
chili powder (maybe 4-5 Tbsp)
garlic powder (a little)
crushed red pepper flakes to taste
cayenne pepper (not much. Add a bit at a time)
dried oregano (tsp or so)
paprika (about a tsp or a bit more)
