InstaPot Recipe (Six Quart)

2tspsalt
1/2tspblack pepper
1pkgonion soup mix
3lbbeef chuck roast
1tbspolive oil
1cbeef broth
1.5lblittle potatoes
3bigcarrots
1tbsp Worchestershire sauce
Sprinkle salt and pepper over beef to season.

Pot to Saute
When hot add oil
Sear all sides.
Temporarily remove beef and deglaze pot with beef broth.
Add Worchestershire Sauce and put beef back in.
Add soup mix on top of beef

Pot to Pressure Cook for 60 minutes
Turn off and let pressure decrease naturally for 10 minutes then vent
Add potatoes and carrots Put lid back on

Pressure cook for 3 minutes
Turn off and let pressure release naturally for 10 minutes then vent
Remove food

Pot to Saute. Mix equal corn starch (about 2 tbsp) with water and whisk to make gravy.
