1/2Cdiced onion
5Tbspbutter
6stripsbacon cut up
4lbhoney gold little potatoes
1large bagfrozen corn
32ozvegetable broth
3Tbspcorn starch with 3 Tbsp water
8ozShredded cheddar
1qtHalf & half
Pot to Saute
Melt butter and saute onion until translucent
Add bacon and cancel Saute

Add broth, potatoes, corn and salt. Close lid and vent

Pressure to High for 10 minutes. Quick Release
Add cornstarch mixture and stir to thicken. Add half & half and cheese.

Stir to mix. Let thicken and serve with nice crusty bread.
