2tbspflour rounded
Use enough rhubarb to fill crust. Mix 1-1/2 c sugar with 2 rounded tbsp flour. Toss with rhubarb. Fill crust Dot with butter. Slit top crust and brush with milk. Bake at 400 deg for 15 min then 375 deg till brown.
