2C.milk
2tsp.salt
2pkgyeast
3Tbsp.butter
1/2C.sugar
2eggs, beaten
7C.flour
1tsp.sugar
Scald milk add butter and salt. Cool to lukewarm. Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water adding 1 tsp. sugar. Add beaten eggs and yeast to milk mixture. Stir in 4 cups flour and mix well then add 2 1/2 cups more. Reserve 1/2 cup for board. Knead dough until smooth. Place in greased bowl to rise. Make into rolls. Let rise again and bake in 400 deg oven until golden brown.
